We offer a wealth of experience and expertise in powder coating, stove enamel, wet paint and shot blasting.

Operating from our state of the art powder coating facility in Newcastle, the North East of England our ovens have the capacity to cure components up to 6.1m x 2.4m x 2.4m. 

Our large vehicle fleet allows us to offer an express collection and delivery service within the local area, this includes Washington, Gateshead, Newcastle, Sunderland, Team Valley & Durham. We have contacts with local haulage and couriers to deliver further afield. 

Our shot blast cabinets can accommodate components 7.0m x 2.0m x 2.0m, we also have specialist cabinets dedicated to non-ferrous materials including; Aluminium, Stainless, Duplex and Inconel. In these units, we use a Graninox CRNi Chrome Nickel based shot to ensure there is no contamination, as when using an Iron based shot this can cause surface corrosion post painting.

With multiple dedicated booths for powder, pre-treatment and wet painting we are able to apply a variety of coating finishes to various substrates including aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, wood and plastics. We Powdercoat & Stove Enamel a wide range of parts including Alloy Wheels, Garden Gates, Fence Panels, Bollards, Metal Framework, Machined Parts, Radiators and signage.

Our pre-treatment process may vary depending upon specific end-user requirements or the base material type and surface quality, our highly experienced team understand the importance of substrate pre-treatment. Utilising our standard operating procedures developed in-line with industry and manufacture standards, you can be reassured your components will have a paramount surface finish with the best corrosion resistance available today.

We are partnered with the world’s finest suppliers including AkzoNobel, Cromadex, Interpon and Axalta with certified user accreditations for products such as Cromadex Extra Life, for C3 environments for up to 12 years, we also offer systems with 25 a year guarantee available upon request.

With endless types of coatings available, we offer powders including epoxy, polyester and thermoplastic in standard and architectural grades. Our wet systems include polyurethane, stove enamel and 3 coat systems also in standard and subsea grades. These are available in various finishes including matt, eggshell, satin, gloss, metallic.

We provide a wide variety of colours to choose from including RAL and British Standard Colour charts, we can also offer bespoke colour service for all powders and paints.

All of our coatings are performed to our group BSI system with in-house quality checks on adhesion and thickness using the latest DFT (Dry Film Thickness) measurement equipment, we also offer full paint inspection reports if required.

North Eastern Powder Coatings offer a wealth of experience and expertise in powder coating and wet paint. Operating from our state of the art powder coating facility in the North East of England we boast powder coat ovens which have the capability to powder coat components 2.4 x 2.4 x 6.1 meters and smaller ovens at 5 meters x 2 meters square.

We have a comprehensive Wet Paint & Stove Enamel facility which uses the latest technology to deliver quality surface finishes to our customers. Our wet systems include polyurethane, stove enamel and 3 coat systems also in standard and subsea grades. Shot Blasting

Shot blasting can be used to prepare the surface of a component before powder coating or to remove contaminants/process discolouration from the surface improving the overall aesthetics of the part. Shot Blasting will also ensure there is a key for powder coating process improving the durability of the final finish.
